Hello!
I am originally from the city of Caracas – Venezuela. In 2002, young and full of hope, I arrived in the United States. At first, I dedicated myself in the world of sports and my studies; with time my aspirations grew and so did my interest in desserts and chocolates.
For ten years I worked in a chocolatier learning the preparation and skills needed to create delicious desserts. I have focused my expertise with cacao to finesse and create exotic flavors in cakes, truffles, chocolate bars, and vegan sweets.
